India's President Pranab Mukharjee never keep things pending at his desk. The Companies Bill has received the assent from Pranab on 29th August 2013. After long awaited, Companies Bill enacted as law calling as "The Companies Act 2013".

The Companies Act, 2013 is replacing almost 60 years of the outdated Companies Act, 1956.
Though the Companies Act 2013 is out, but completes only once the Rules are framed and notified by the Central Government in the Official Gazette.
The ministry of the Corporate Affairs is working hardly to make out the Rules, for the new legislation. The draft rules expected to be ready by 15th September and will publish in the Ministry's website for comments from stakeholders and general public for a period of 60 days.
The Companies Act 2013 has lots of new concepts and one of the best concept for the new entrepreneurs especially for start-ups is One Person Company. Under the One Person Company concept, even a single person can incorporate a company without taking second person help.
